I have run fairy floss shops overseas for over one year. I own an electric machine which can produce sugar floss smoothly and can be scooped on a stick to form various shapes. the only raw material of fairy floss is sugar and we source sugar from CSR which is an Australian sugar company. Thus, makes it a very simple product.
